Privacy notice
fullmock is a TOEFL iBT mock-test site. This page says what it stores about you, why, and who else receives it.
What we store
Your account: name, email address, a hashed password (or the fact that you sign in with Google), your interface language, and the country and city your sign-in came from.
Your work: the tests you sit, your answers, your written responses and your spoken responses (audio recordings and their transcripts), with the scores and feedback produced for them.
Your purchases: which plan or paper you bought, when, and the order reference. Card and wallet details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach us.
Messages you send through Contact us, and the email address you leave there if you ask for a person.
Why
To run the tests, score them, show you your reports and progress, deliver what you paid for, answer your questions, and keep accounts safe (for example by counting failed sign-ins).
Who else receives it
Hosting and database providers store the site's data on our behalf.
Your written and spoken responses are sent to language-model and speech-recognition services so they can be rated and transcribed. Questions you ask the tutor, the assistant or Contact us are sent to a language-model service so they can be answered and translated.
Payment providers handle the payment itself and tell us whether it succeeded.
Google, if you choose to sign in with Google, and for visit statistics as described below.
We do not sell personal data and we do not show advertising.
Visit statistics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies in your browser. It is not loaded while you sit a test, and advertising features are switched off.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, statistics start only after you allow them. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page.
Apart from that, the site keeps a sign-in token and your preferences (language, theme) in your browser's storage. These are needed for the site to work.
We also count page visits ourselves, to see whether the site is being found and which pages are used: the page opened, the site you came from, the country and city your connection reports, your device and browser type, and a random identifier kept in your browser. Your IP address is not stored. Where consent is required and you have not given it, no identifier is kept. These records are deleted after 180 days.
How long
We keep your account and your work for as long as the account exists. Records of failed sign-ins are deleted after a day.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, for a correction, or for your account and everything in it to be deleted, by writing to junwoomax@icloud.com from the email address of the account. We answer within 30 days.
